We currently ship within the United States only. Physical products ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing (1–2 business days). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Digital products are delivered instantly: download links appear on your order confirmation page and are emailed to you.

Returns & refunds — 30-day guarantee

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn't work for your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We may ask for a photo to speed things up — no need to ship items back unless we request it.

Digital products are instant downloads and generally non-refundable, but if something's wrong with your files, we'll fix it or refund you.
